Hailing from upstate New York, and slowly emerging from an underrated local music scene, Heal These Wounds have found themselves standing firmly at the front lines of a quickly growing positive metal movement. After forming in late 2005, HTW began playing shows in and around their hometown of Albany, NY. HTW has shared the stage with: Hatebreed, Unearth, Bury Your Dead, All That Remains, Shadows fall, The Acacia Strain, Emmure, Haste the Day, August Burns Red, A Life Once Lost, and many others. The band released "Deconstruct the Confines" in July 2006, and since have toured extensively to support the self released EP. HTW has been hard at work writing and recording new material for their next release. With their remaining time, the guys have been playing as many shows as they can find. Keep an eye out for their Hotfoot records debut "Ambitions" in stores everywhere and on I tunes and other digital outlets on Feb. 17, 2009
