Harrison Bergeron reminds you why you liked punk and hardcore in the first place, before all the 17 year olds started playing it.
Harrison Bergeron brings the rock their guitar riffs are infectious, their drumming clean and expert and their singer is skilled in the nuance of mixing screams with song. Their style switches frequently (they dont stick to a canned formula), and the music is catchy as hell. And thats just the album their live show rocks the fuck out.
Harrison Bergeron formed in the summer of 2003 when hard-working members of several local touring bands, including Laymen Terms, united to play the music they love and ended up creating the strongest band to come from Colorado Springs. With influences like Snapcase, Lifetime, Hot Water Music, Helmet and Refused, they speak to an earlier era of punk and hardcore, one with more energy, passion, and originality than is commonly seen now. Harrison Bergerons sound appeals to fans of many musical genres and they have shared stages with My Chemical Romance, Lagwagon, Hawthorne Heights, Poison the Well, A Static Lullaby, The Bled, Openhand, and many more of todays bigger acts. They've recently recorded a full-length album and are bringing the rock across America on tour this winter.
