Hard Earned Ignorance

is a powerful acoustic duo hailing from Danbury, CT. A new project featuring two members of the punk rock band Two Fisted Law, Kyle Trocolla and Rick Foster have been writing and playing together for over a year. In search of something more intimate and personal than their punk roots, they traded in their half-stacks and Gibson's for acoustic guitars and a more relaxed attitude. And so, Hard Earned Ignorance was born.

Thanks to everyone last night for coming to our CD release party! It was a total blast. We sold a ton of CD's. Thank you so much for your support.

As you can see, the album art is up and the EP is officially out. If you click the purchase link, you can email us, and for only $2, you can get a copy. I know the songs are downloadable, but think of it as a donation. Then we can do more stuff. Also you have a good shot at a Golden Ticket! See the Photo section. That promo was such a sucess, we decided to keep it going. As shows line up, I'll post them up here. In the meantime, don't be afraid to email us to say hi and tell us what you think. I decided to change the name of the last song to Somewhere Else. The last title was the name it was written under, but who cares. This works better anyway. It's easier to deal with it. That's just me.

Here's two more songs. Kyle's going to kill me for posting them before he hears how they came out. Oh well. I think I need to re-do the vocals on Somewhere Else, but listen for the piano part....that's my favorite. Hope you enjoy them! By the way, listen to Wednesday Night again...it now has a bassline.

We have another song almost recorded and Fade Away will get produced soon. I know you're all chomping at the bit to hear, but we only have so much motivation at a clip.
