Lor started out in the fall of 2009 with the intention of creating epic music. Founding members Tyler Fedeli and Peter Hraur quickly assembled a lineup including drummer Dan Reynolds, Bassist Graham Noel, and keyboardist Andrew Moore. After a few exciting months of rehearsals, a 5 track demo was recorded at 1021 Studios in the spring of 2010. The few shows that were played with this line up were very well received. Unfortunately, due to college, Dan and Andrew had to leave the band. This event had Lor find themselves in terrible doldrums until new keyboardist, Matthew Richi joined the lineup. Greg Bogart joined shortly after, and Lor found itself complete once again.
