Well its been a long hard road for Groupe Therapy but we rock like day 1!!!
It was 1986 and Groupe Therapy was born on a hot summer day at FT. Bragg, NC. Yes the boys were soldiers in the good ole' US Army. Drummer Jim Wiegand, Guitarist Rich Pitcher and Bassist Todd Morey were soon joined by California Rock Star!! Lead Guitarist Mike Spridgen. Groupe Therapy was finally completed when vocalist Ken Krick joined the band. Groupe Therapy started playing high energy rock and roll long before grunge rock was cool. Groupe Therapy, 20 years of Rock and Roll!!! Are you ready for some Groupe Therapy?
On labor day of 06', The boys got together from all over the U.S. for a 20 year reunion in OK City. They had 2 days to put together as much music as they could for their greatest hits cd. "Streets on Fire" represents 20 years of Live, original Rock and Roll, and the passion and Stories behind it all. Keeping true to the spontaneous nature Groupe Therapy represents, Songs like "Looking for Trouble" and "Shot fired in Anger" were created on the spot and recorded in one take. This is a "live" cd, in every sense of the word!! We all hope you enjoy our new cd and a big thanks to all our fans who have shared this 20 year long Therapy.
Groupe Therapy dedicates this CD to all the U.S. servicemen and women serving abroad. You are not forgotten!!
Support our Troops!! Not the fat ass politicians who send them in harms way!
