GORYPTIC is born in September 2005 and takes over from Heresy. This symbolizes an evolution of the band regarding the style: more brutal death metal. Just after its creation, GORYPTIC released a 2 tracks promo CD which got really good feedbacks. Thus the band focused on writing new stuff for its first full length scheduled for the beginning of 2007 while playing live.

GORYPTIC members have made a lot of gigs and fests in France and abroad (Belgium, Switzerland) and played with bands like Spawn of Possession, Sinners Bleed, Disgorge (Mex), Sanatorium, Despondency, Benighted, Emeth, Hour of Penance, Mesrine, Genital Grinder, Stump Fucking, TrepanDead, HxCxF, Byatis, Disgust and many more.
