Goodbye fairbanks from Switzerland are conquering many hearts with their music. The four young musicians achieve this by writing energetic indie rock songs that are full of addicting melodies, giving their tunes a certain pop appeal.
The band has found a refreshing balance between powerful rock anthems and rather quiet songs that seem almost fragile.

goodbye fairbanks are a very passionate live band and have played shows and tours throughout Switzerland and beyond in their brief existence. Among others, the band has supported acts like: Fall Out Boy (USA), Vanilla Sky (IT), Favez (CH) or Itchy Poopzkid (DE). When playing live, goodbye fairbanks leave no doubts about the fact that the stage is where they belong. „We love to play live and see the crowd react to our music, that is what we are all about.“, the band claims.

At present the band is creating a lot of attention with the release of their debut album "in all locations" in Switzerland, which was celebrated in front of a sold out home town crowd in club ISC in Berne. The international release is due in early summer 2009..
The radio singles "Deliver Tonight" and „Way Past Your Bedtime“ have been released in advance and the songs have received regular airplay from various Swiss radio networks (DRS 3, Couleur 3, Rete 3, VIRUS a.o.) and the music video for "Deliver Tonight" is being aired on Viva and SF (Swiss Television). The "In All Locations" Tour is currently hitting cities all over Switzerland and beyond.
