Cory originally started playing music at the age of 16, when he got his first acoustic guitar. At that time, he was heavily influenced by bands like Led Zeppelin, The Pixies, and Soundgarden. But it wasn't until after countless battles with drug addiction and depression, that he decided to hit the road at age 28 in search of balance. He moved to Midland, TX where he officially got started in music. After learning a cover and writing a few original songs he started Led Zephaniah. Led Zephaniah played on the MS 150 Bike Tour and places like the West Texas Festival of Faith, Scars Cafe, The Ground Floor with the society of modern pirates, and area churches until they eventually disbanded. Cory Enderby decided to travel the northwest and take a singer/songwriter approach, playing with area musicians along the way. Stops included Artesia, NM First Baptist church for thanksgiving day, Quartzite, AZ gem and mineral show main stage, Mt. Shasta, CA Has Beans coffeehouse/Berryville grocery/Lori's Mountainview cafe, Ashland, OR Three Rivers/The Beanery, Lincoln City, OR Kodiak bar & grill, Port Orford, OR Paula's Bistro, and finally settled for a while in Ukiah, CA where Cory and friends played the Winetaster's Taste of Downtown. He always had a regular show at the Coffee Critic on Saturdays under the name Godcraft. Cory moved back to Texas, settling in Nacogdoches and formed a band called Bornwell. Bornwell was a tribute band with a goal to create awareness about world hunger. The band was named after the father of child that we sponsor in Zambia. After Bornwell disbanded, Fire was formed with John Howard, Daniel Perritt, Bob Cox and Dell Webb. Fire has played on the CBS morning show twice, Etech, Starbucks, SFA university, Pineknot, several area churches, The Healing Center, an area nursing home, and Praise in the Park. Fire did also play at Godtel (a local homeless mission) regularly. Cory still plays with Fire. Cory decided to rebirth Godcraft to give him the opportunity to play on a solo level in the NY area when Fire could not be there. Come see him live.
