Glenview Lane was born on a sunlit morning in July of 2008. Confused and broken-hearted, frontman and founder Robbie Schreiner needed an outlet, and wanted a fresh start on his music career. As the former vocalist and guitar player of pop-punk sensation Searching For Signal, Robbie knew that music was his calling, and after a tumultuous beginning to his summer, he knew he had to start anew. This is the story of Robbie's brand new start on life, and his rebirth as a musician.

Bringing together the sounds of folk and pop rock, Glenview Lane produces an indie rock sound unlike any other, self-described as Indiefolkpop. With influences such as Bright Eyes, Albert Hammond Jr., and Jack's Mannequin, it's not hard to imagine a unique blend of music genres and styles that isn't quite like anything else you've ever heard before.
