Music: often a sanctuary, sometimes a danger; a trampoline below happiness and a slippery path along dark passages; a multi-coloured journey through life; Heaven and Hell; Light and Dark. It is only recently that I have truly recognised the potential danger of music. Why let yourself be dragged down with the assistance of sad songs? At the other end of the scale is repression and ignorance; the sweeping under the rug of personal roadblocks and micro-made disasters. Songwriting, for me, is the only way I can face, head-on, these difficult, awkward, fucked up negative aspects of life, without being pulled down by the reality of it all. Recording music gives me a focus I so desperately desire when getting out of bed is enough of a struggle. Music is only dangerous when you let it become so. It has helped me in the past, and has come to my rescue once more these past few months. Thanks for listening. And for your sake, do not listen to these songs alone. If you really feel the desire to do so, go for a run afterwards, then have a long hot soak, then eat some chocolate cake and have a good night's sleep. Or whatever boats your float. Gary x

Men, you should fallow what your heart says, follow
what makes you happy... and hopefully its music that
makes you happy. if it is, well many will be greatfull
to see you in stage and to have your debut album..
Seriously, men you were given great talent as singer,
song writter and instrumentalist, used it wisely coz
many were dreaming are dreaming to have talents like
yours, like i.. LOL I have this ability to write songs
but my voice was not as good and great as

you should go for what your heart says, If it music you
want, then go for it, God has given you that wonderful
talent that each and every individuals had once dreamed
of, Use your talent to give inspiration to others,
youve got a great voice and a skillfull way of playing
guitar and piano, Your compositions were great as
well... Go for it Gary.. If I could only have the
kind of voice liked yours, well i go to music, As a
music lover, composer i suggest you to go for the
music.... Your covers in youtube were all great

Gary, if I had your talent I would go after my dream
like there was no tomorrow. I\'ve listened to some of
the songs you have posted on youtube and you are an
amazing lyricist. You have an incredible voice. Most
people can only dream of being this talented, and it
would be sad to see you waste it. I would be willing to
bet anyone that if you gave it a go you would make it
to the top. Awesome job on the film tracks as well.
