In darkness there is always light, you have bands that write about the dark, and we try to be one of the bands that write about the light As the lead singer and guitarist from Further Finish would put it. With Richard Papa on the bass, Justin Hays on the drums, Joran Hays and Maurits Kool on the guitars, this foursome produces a good sound, from slow ballads to rock, theyre a band youll want to listen to often.

Now working on their new album, which they are hoping to release summer 2006, the foursome are bordering on being best friends to brothers. It started off in the summer of 2004 when Joran and Justin met Maurits. Joran and Maurits got well acquainted and wanted to started a band, so they did. The only thing they still needed was two other band members to join in on the bass and drums. Since Justin and Joran had been in other bands together, he was the first one they asked. He was interested and had a friend who played bass. So in the spring of 2005 Further Finish became official.

Even though they produce a good sound at shows, they cant be awarded with the medal of hard working band since band practices turn into X-box- and Foosball-sessions. Still, the foursome are funny, crazy, fun to watch, good musicians and altogether, a great band.
