From My Cold Hands (FMCH) is a moshable/deathcore band from Saint-Petersbourg, Russia. Band was formed in early 2008 and gave the first concert at 27/04/08. At the end of spring '08 the group have released self-titled EP, which was well received by audience. Giving a frequent concerts, band gained popularity and support from many deathcore-listeners and took its place beside the best russian deathcore bands. 28/03/09 at Friday Club was held the presentation of band's first full-length album called "If You've Forgot The Price Of Life". It's more than 30 minutes of absolute madness: moshable breakdowns, fast technical riffs, evil tapped solos and brutal vox.
