Dear Mouthketeers,
How'd you like us at the Lock And Key show? Which song went the best? Did you have a good time?
Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaah, sorry about that.
Somehow the Globe ended up double booked, and we would've been forced into a ten band show, which, for your information, is a nightmare. Luckily, the dudes at Fireball Island were bitchin' enough to let Lock And Key and Witches With Dicks to play there. I drove Pat's drums home so they wouldn't get warped in the hot, hot heat (no accident). Fun night.
However, I DID hear some of Vegan Potluck's new songs for the upcoming split EP on a special two song release they were selling, and might I say, they were fantastic, so there's that to look forward to.
SPEAKING OF SPLIT EPs, we ARE going to be recording our half of the split as planned, AND said half will be recorded THIS SATURDAY. That means new jams for you REAL soon, so please hang in there. You've waited this long, why not hang in there a little longer? It's gonna rock.
Also, as for the aforementioned heat, SHIT, it's hot outside! An enthusiastic thumbs down to this heatwave.
