"Within some creatures you call people, the creative flame of musical ability burns dim, allowing their senses to grow dull in response to the radio and mtv telling them what music should, and should not, sound like. With that said; Enter several fine gentlemen scattered throughout Massachusetts. Mike, Andy, Chris, Jeremy, and Jason, in the Summer of the year 2005 A.D., stormed the stage at a popular Providence venue called the Living Room. Getting their much anticipated first show behind them, they knew the journey ahead would be more of an unguided safari. With Red Sox repping, wrath-ridden, over-grown children bringing hatemosh, and disgruntled, often beaten, wives of VFW chairmen putting a damper on many a musical vocation, the boys held on to their asses as they knew doors would soon open. Though, for quite some time, all doors seemed in disrepair. In June 06 the grueling process that is recording began. The releasing of their handcrafted masterpiece of a demo was a proverbial Fuck You to the Massachusetts metal-core scene, dutifully portrayed in the track Untitled. One month later, Jason (bassist) jumped ship. Almost immediately after his departure they unified friendship with band-fellowship by recruiting stage-presence-prodigy, Jesse Hoefer. Apart they are nothing more than five assholes filled with angst to create. Together they are Follow the Flies."
