Flint started playing guitar when he was 7 years old. He took guitar lessons until the age of 18. Over the times he taught his self to play bass, drums and started so sing. After covering around he began to write own songs at the age of 12. Flints songs are influenced by bands like the Goo Goo Dolls, The Cure, Guns n Roses, Counting Crows or The Used. He grew up with different sorts of Bands and styles of music. He went through many bands but at the moment he lives music in three projects: Your dying fairy tale is an Emocore-band Flint only sings. 4Saken, a Metalcore band, also listed at purevolume (www.purevolume.com/4sakengermany) is Flints main band where he is Lead singer and Rhythm-Guitarist. In this band Flint works his aggression out. The third one is his solo- project simply called Flint which he uses to heal depression and pain. The songs are completely written on his own so they stand exactly for his own feelings and stories. Flint wanted to keep this project simple so he uses only a guitar and his voice. He wants to sound real and without any kind of technique like a musician who is just playing on the street. His first EP Another Day of Sorrow consists of painful feelings of death, heartache and love. At the moment Flint is in studio to record more songs. So stay tuned.
