A jornada comeca em 2004, quanto cinco amigos se juntaram para fazer um "som" sem compromisso. Apesar do aparente desinteresse em buscar algo mais serio de imediato, a quimica entre os caras era forte e isso garantia que os ensaios continuassem e logo nasceriam as raizes do FIST IN NAIL. Apos algum tempo passando pelas dificuldades de uma banda do interior que toca musicas pesadas e em ingles, o FIST IN NAIL conquistou o reconhecimento do publico metal na sua regiao. Por forca do destino, algumas mudancas na formacao foram necessrias e hoje da formacao original ainda estao presentes ANDERSON (BATERA), RUI (VOCAL) e RAFAEL (GUITARRA). GUILHERME (BAIXO) e posteriormente TOPZ (GUITARRA) se uniram eles para enfim dar forma ao sonho de conquistar maiores espacos no cenario underground nacional. Hoje, o FIST IN NAIL concentra sua atencao na gravacao de uma demo, essencial para uma banda que almeja se projetar em lugares maiores.


Influencias: Mudvayne, pantera, slipknot, meshuggah, korn, black label, lamb of god, sepultura, tool,
etc..

The Fist in nails trip starts in 2004, when five friends had joined to make a sound without commitment. Although the apparent disinterest in searching something immediately more serious, chemistry between the 5 guys was strong and this guarantee that the assays continued and soon FIST IN NAILs roots were getting defined.
After some time, passing for the difficulties of a band of the interior that plays heavy musics and in English, the FIST IN NAIL conquered the recognition of the public metal in its region.
some changes in the formation had been necessary and today of the original formation still continued ANDERSON (DRUMS), RUI (VOCAL) and RAFAEL (GUITAR). GUILHERME (BASS) and later TOPZ (GUITAR) had joined the band, and rising the dream to conquer space in the national scene underground. Today FIST IN NAIL concentrate all attention in recording a single, essential for a band who longs for if to project in bigger places.
