Few bands have as much potential as the indie-pop duo Fancy Me Yet. With a combination of impatient guitar riffs, and vocals that resonate through stereotypes, the band is making quite a buzz in the music scene. Natasha, formerly known as JD Natasha, had much success early on in her music career. Having had a record deal with EMI and 3 Latin Grammy nominations, she definitely made an impact in the Latin / bilingual community. But despite a notable three year run, Natasha decided to pursue a different direction in her career and then came Fancy Me Yet.

Natasha Jeanne (vocals), Alex Darren (guitar), formed the band in May of 2008. Natasha and Alex had been friends for a while and began collaborating on material after they recognized their similar music tastes.

The duoâ€™s chemistry is undeniably one that is seldom found; Natasha and Alex bring their own ingredients to the songwriting process. Drawing from diffrent influences, the unique sound the band delivers is catching the ear of many key players in the music industry. An endorsement from Gibson, and support from BMI proves that the band is ready to take their music to a global level. Fancy Me Yetâ€™s original sound and stand-alone attitude will push the envelope towards what the music scene is waiting for.
