FALL'S END PERFORMANCE

Indie / Rock / Emo

THIS IS A CALL

Yo! If any of you out there have any pics of Fall's End Performance, please hook a brotha up!. I have very few photos of the band (as you can tell) and am trying to find some peeps who took pictures at the Magic Bean back in the day. Let me know.

HELLO.
Back in the late 90's, Springfield, Missouri gave birth to several young and talented rock bands - The People (now The Golden Republic), The Elevator Division, Dreamer, Avionic and Fall's End Performance. The brainchild of Chris Stewart, who went on to play in The Elevator Division, with help from Ryan Sims (now a designer for purevolume.com), started as a pastime in junior high and blossomed into a marginally successful rock band. Although the band is no longer together, their sound has managed to stay fresh and is still enjoyed by many new and not-so-new fans.

Chris recorded a self-titled EP with 3 other friends in 1997 while living in California. That EP showed that Chris, then only a freshman in high school, had a knack for writing a strong song, blending catchy, pop-conscious melodies with very raw and driving guitars. Chris moved back to Missouri a couple years later and joined back up with Ryan, collaborating on new FEP material. The result was These Are The Dreams, which was recorded during the summer of 2000 and released later that year. By then, FEP had finally secured a stable lineup, including the amazingly talented Talon Maningas on drums and equally as amazing Derek Medlin on bass. When TATD was recorded, Chris and Ryan were 18, Derek was 17 and Talon was only 16 years old.

These Are The Dreams was recorded and engineered by Jason Bringle.

Okay. Where might one locate a CD or such other item of
a band that is no longer together? Because I have GOT
to have it. I really want to take this wherever I go,
but I have to sit at the computer.

Hey, wow! I think I found a new great band! Seriously,
you guys are very good. You have a nice, steady sound,
and I usually am not too into emo music. But I really,
really like this. You seem like you have the potential
to go really far in the music world! Go you!~
