In 2003 the Chicago area melodic-folk death metal band, Fall of Eden formed. Described as “…epic metal meets brutal hardcore,” the band has evolved throughout the years to discover that unique sound, thanks in part to the use of three excellent guitarists. Fall of Eden incorporates the interests of all the members into the music this can range from Iron Maiden to Cannibal Corpse and from Symphony X to Amon Amarth. Fall of Eden uses this wide group of influences to create their unique songs. Since 2003 Fall of Eden has toured within the United States twice, and has played a load of Chicago area shows, during the time they have also shared the stage with many big names in metal, including: Opeth and Dark Tranquillity. Throughout the years Fall of Eden has recorded countless amounts of songs for EP’s and demos. They have also recorded one full length, “Dawn of a New Age,” where the band first started to explore Viking metal; they have continued that idea on their latest EP. On this EP each song sounds unique but still fits the “Fall of Eden sound.” Every song sounds different, because every song was written by a different member, with lyrics being written by Taylor Cooper and Russell Knoebel. The band spent countless amount of time, effort and money of perfecting their new songs and feel that they are the strongest, fastest, and heaviest songs they have ever recorded in their lives. Fall of Eden hopes you enjoy listening to them and thanks you for your continued support.
