Setting out to break a trend in the hardcore/metal core scene Escape This has come together to play the music they want with no boundaries when it comes to writing. With mixed interests, different backgrounds, and different influences the band has come to create fun, energized, melodic hardcore with the occasional two-step and rock and roll.As quoted by the Columbia Star

Escape This is comprised of vocalist Sean Baier, guitarist Michael Andino, guitarist Sean Moore, bassist formerly of Pop 39 Brian Shealy, and drummer Drew LeClair. Each member bringing his own ideas to the table creating what they feel is a breathe of fresh air to the Hardcore Scene. They have shared the stage with notable bands such as June (Victory Records), The Working Title(Universal), The Autumn Overcast, Chasing August, I Dreamer(Round Two Records), North Lincoln(No Idea Records), Anorexic Beauty Queen, and many, many more! Escape This plans to hit the road in the summer of 2006 hopefully hitting Warped Tour and making some noise in the Hardcore Scene
