EPIC HERO

Rock / Alternative / Indie

Epic Hero has shared the stage with Ben Folds, Blue October, Jack's Mannequin, Soul Asylum, Dishwalla, Lit, Phantom Planet and more. Their onstage antics and heartfelt songwriting have helped them sell over 7,000 copies of their debut album A Brighter Mess and their 2003 follow up New Life. New Life was produced by Dan Wilson (Mike Doughty/Dixie Chicks), and the first single, "End of the Line", receives regular airplay on Twin Cities' Drive 105.

In June 2006, Epic Hero released the 6 song EP Blacking Out The Stars, their second collaboration with producer Dan Wilson. The EP is arguably their best effort to date-a bold breakout album with soaring choruses and impassioned performances. The new EP also marks their first release on the Minneapolis-based label Orange Betty Records.

The second Epic Hero release on Orange Betty Records is a Holiday record titled, "The Amazing, Spectacular, Christmastime Adventures of Epic Hero". This release features 3 covers and 3 originals song including "Home" and "Some Christmas Morning".
