27/2/06- It's been a long time since we have updated our purevolume profile and a lot has happened since. We have released a single on Say Dirty Records, a great independent label in Glasgow. 'Hold On' is on sale at Avalanche in Glasgow and Edinburgh and also Mono Rail in Glasgow. You can also buy the single from our online store via the website www.helptheendorly.co.uk.
