Elysia Falls is a name that has been slowly evolving itself over the years from its start in Connecticut in 2003 debuting for 1500 people at a high school to a change of band members in its current location of New York City playing and recording all over. In 2005 the band released its second demo that received support in New York City where they started to play clubs including CBGBs, Lions Den, Don Hills, The Continental and even Washington Square Park. With this success, the band went down to Washington D.C. to record a 14 track effort called Pink Noise which was released on July 12, 2005. To support the full-length, Elysia Falls played a few week northeast tour. The band worked on some changes and took some time to find new members to help bring the group to the next level. With a new vocalist and drummer bringing a rebirth to the band in Summer of 2006, EF has released an energetic outcry demo called The End to Our Beginning. This demo displays the new development of a sound the band has grown into. With catchy vocals to chant along with and edgier guitar riffs, the band hopes listeners will feel as passionate as they do about it. Some local Tri-State shows along with some small touring are expected for the Fall 2006.
