Elysia.

Thank you everyone for checking us out. I only just discovered this page recently as it was not made by any of the band members but I have managed to 'hack' into this account... hehe... Anyway, Elysia has unfortunately disbanded as we have gone to different Universities after school thus cannot jam/practice/play shows anymore. However the good news is, some of us have been considering reforming this band and play shows again after Uni because it meant a lot to us. We felt that the 'live' recordings (recorded with a digital camera) and 'demo' recordings (recorded on a second hand analogue 4-track) didn't do the songs justice and have been planning to re-record them. We are also incredibly amazed by the responses we got from that one crappy track on this page. So keep an eye out for updates. We should be back soon.

Here's an update on the projects we've done after Elysia:
1. George did a solo album under the name The Hailstones (a.k.a. The Robbery). Ben and I both drummed on it. You can check out the songs on www.myspace.com/thehailstones.
2. George and I have also recorded a fun little instrumental album. It sounds like a movie sound track. Check out some of the songs on www.myspace.com/lsro
3. Robb has recorded some awesome analogue noise stuff and also wrote a bunch of acoustic songs. Not sure if he'll ever release them though.
4. I have been jamming with Spermatic Chord and creating stupid disturbing noises with Rainbowtron. www.myspace.com/chord and www.myspace.com/rainbowtron.
5. I also wrote some stuff under the name of Ex-Tap Dancer for a while. A split ep with Swain At Sea was released but I gave up the project soon after that.

I'll keep you guys posted if anything new comes up.
