La historia comienza en Mendoza a mediados de 2004, cuando Pablo Pavet, Marcos Rios y los hermanos Carlos y Alberto Malio deciden formar el proyecto musical conocido como ELYON. A lo largo del ano 2005, ELYON sufre una serie de cambios en su formacion: en primer lugar se integrara la voz lider a cargo de Matias Bordon y luego una primer guitarra a cargo de Gustavo Rodriguez. A su vez, a pocos meses de su integracion a la banda y luego de una sola presentacion en vivo en el festival Rompiendo Cadenas en mayo del mismo ao, Matas deja la banda, quedando Fiorella Rimola a cargo de la voz lider. A principios del ano 2007 Alberto Malio (2da guitarra) deja la banda por razones familiares, y pronto es remplazado por Enzo Flores, siendo esta la formacion estable actual de la banda.
A lo largo de 2005, 2006 y 2007, ELYON se presento en distintos lugares de la provincia de Mendoza, participando con buenas criticas en los eventos del genero mas importantes (primera y segunda edicion del festival aniversario Lenguas de Fuego del programa radial homonimo, festival Rompiendo Cadenas, 2 fecha del Metal Invasion 2005, Festival Progresivo Mendoza 2006 y Mendoza Epic Fest) en los que compartio escenario con bandas como LORIHEN, TWILIGHT, SANTUARIO, VALKYRIA, SEIS DE BASTO, ENCARNACION, CORAZON GUERRERO, KEYMAKER, ASGARD, VESTIGIO, HOLOCAUSTO, PABLO DEL CASTILLO, PROFANUS, MANNHEIM y VANGUARDIA entre otras.
En 2007 ELYON lanz su primera grabacin, un demo de 5 temas que recibi el nombre de una de ellas, la mas significativa para la banda por su contenido y por ser una de las primeras compsiciones realizadas en un nuevo nivel musical: "ETERNO PODER"

The story begins in Mendoza, Argentina, in 2004, when Pablo Pavet, Marcos Rios and the Malio
brothers, Carlos and Alberto, decide to form the musical project known as ELYON. During 2005
the band suffers a serie of changes over it`s formation: first of all, Matias Bordon
is the new band`s leading voice, and at the same time, Gustavo Rodriguez fills the leading
guitar spot. A few months later, and after just one live performance at the "Breaking Chains
Metal Fest", Matias leaves the band and a new member, Fiorella Rimola, stays at this day, as
the leading voice of the band. At early 2007, and because of personal issues, Alberto Malio
also leaves the band, and is soon replaced by young but yet virtuous Enzo Flores, staying
this as today`s stable band`s members.
During 2005, 2006 and 2007, Elyon has performed in different places in Mendoza, with
great comments, in some of the most important events of the genre (first and second
edition of "FIRE THONGHES METAL FEST" of the same-called radioshow, second edition of
"METAL INVASION METAL FEST", "PROGRESIVE METAL FEST" and "MENDOZA EPIC FEST"), and shared stage with many bands as: LORIHEN, TWILIGHT, SANTUARIO, VALKYRIA, SEIS DE BASTO, ENCARNACION, CORAZON GUERRERO, KEYMAKER, ASGARD, VESTIGIO, HOLOCAUSTO, PABLO DEL CASTILLO, PROFANUS, MANNHEIM and VANGUARDIA, among others.
In 2007, ELYON releases it first record, a 5 songs demo named as one of the most meaningfull
songs for the band because of its lyrics and also for being one of the first compositions
to be done in another musical level: "ETERNO PODER", which means "ETERNAL POWER".
