Elani
is Greek for Light. Light is always present, even in the midst of seemingly endless darkness. In this context, light is communicated through melody, meaning, and motion. All of this is just a small expression of the creative gift that no man can take credit for. The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from or where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.
