Before ''The Bolivian Revolution" Which starts on the Streets of S.F Downtown, Way back Then In Jan/2004 as an Eccentric Folklore/Punkfest Project known as: "eL AndrocefaLo", Officially Became Public in Rock Venues and Piano Bars of The Bay. This Duo, ( Mirko Lamonte & Michael D'spacio ) by using Tupac Amaru II as their Official Emblem ( and Their Band Logo ) founded their own inventive FormuLas at such Young Age applying Moog Synthesizers, Rumba/Guaguanco & The Frank Zappa's Anti-Hippy annoying ingredients ( an "Unfamiliar but Extraordinary Mildew-sound" As Michael D'spacio once described it Loudly Onstage ). In Spring of 2006 ::: Mildewsound Studios ::: Finally Opened its doors to all Local Bands.

Through The Years eL AndrocefaLo with an Unconditional Support From Friendly Californian Productions & Submerging into Prestigious Recording Experiments all over the U.S, The Band itself get to Meet and Shake Hands with Brian Eno, Marilyn Manson & Trent Reznor of The Nine Inch Nails. "inca" AndrocefaLo & Bass Player/Producer Michael D'spacio put out Together independently 7 Energetic Challenging Projects under eL AndrocefaLo & The BoLivian RevoLution.
