When Eccentricity first set foot in a recording studio, she was hooked. It was there, immersed in lyric sheets, patch cords, and an endless supply of tea, that she began creating a diverse selection of songs to release on her debut album. This young twenty one year old singer/songwriter has been compared to Liz Phair and Cheyenne Kimball. But Eccentricity is anything but ordinary with her spontaneous, ambitious approach to life and infectious personality.

Eccentricity feels compelled to write and record songs that reflect the little things in life, things often over-looked in the world of commercial music. Growing up on the lonely prairies of Alberta as a farmers daughter, she was far away from the busy city and the fast paced world. Some, dream of escaping that world and settling down someplace far away. Eccentricity was the opposite. She dreamed of breaking away from her quiet life to stand in front of a big city, crossing the country in search of life, eccentric people, and the opportunities an adventure into the unknown would bring her. With that desire, an old classical guitar and big dreams, Eccentricity climbed to where she is today. From a small child to a young woman, Eccentricity has performed everything from musical theatre to radio broadcasting. She sings inspiration and heart to the souls of real music lovers. Inspired by the simple things in life, Eccentricity continues to translate life into lyrics.
