Dr. Ruff holds a Ph. D. from Florida State University, plays Bass, Guitar, Keyboards, and writes music and lyrics. Having opened for Jaco in his Woodchuck and Ira Sullivan days, the Founder of Gravestone, later with Bassist with The I.C.B.M.s, and he has recorded with Jazz great Duffy Jackson in The Irons. Dr. Ruff continues to evolve a unique sound slightly different with a foundation of classic rock and a love of the blues. Dr. Ruff is currently writing and producing music for movies, video, and a new CD release.
