From the Northwestern suburban city of Vancouver, Washington comes Drown The Witness, the fast paced punk rock and hardcore/metal quintet comprised of Malachi Kies (lead vocals), Ryan Pohl (guitar), Chris Young (guitar), Zach Feeney (drums) and Adam Ribota (bass).
They began their journey in September 2006 as founding members Malachi Kies, Ryan Pohl, and Jake Whiston decided to begin a project that would satisfy their passion for music. After trying out several drummers and bassist, Zach Feeney and Alex Moline joined the band, and Drown The Witness was formed. Chris Young and Adam Ribota joined the fray in late 2010, replacing Jake Whiston and Alex Moline, after the band made the move to Orange County.
Drown The Witness has a four-song EP, "The Great Silent", and is currently working on their debut full length album, "Town and Empire" which is releasing in 2011.
