Hi there, person. My name's Kyle and this is where I put my music on the internet. Not terribly complicated, really. It's a non-professional, entirely self-produced venture. Most of these songs are straight acoustic, some stripped down late-night one-off scratch tracks, some with a little more polish and additional parts. The majority have a folk-country-pop bent, but if you get a little deeper into the set list you'll find some synth-dance-pop songs in the mix. Let's just say that I dabble. Hard.
Everything's available for download (they sound far superior if you download them, and the audio quality improves even further if you give them to your friends) and lyrics are up. Comments, criticisms, complaints, sarcastic jabs, and passive aggressive notes are all welcome. Foul language encouraged.

Greetings, children of the corn. I've posted the majority of the work that I'm now calling the Lucky Star LP, with a bunch of tracks that have made appearances on this space in the past. There are about 13 songs up right now, with more to come. Some of them are relatively ancient, some barely days old. The bottom track, "Listen To Reason" is one of the first recordings I ever put together as anything more than a scratch track (almost three years ago now... dammit, I'm getting old), while "In My Bones" was recorded between 1-4am last Tuesday night. As promised, the song-a-week thing will continue, I just now have a more complete archive of previous stuff as well. Enjoy.

So I'm trying out something new, hopefully it's totally sweet. I'm going to be posting pretty much everything I record for the next little while (not sure how long it will keep up), which means there will be many updates to this page. I usually only post about a quarter of whatever I lay down, for no reason in particular. I've decided that's lame. It also leads to stretches of complacency that can really break my inertia. So I'm dragging you into this, mostly because I can't be trusted to keep promises I make solely to myself.
So, here goes. New stuff all the time. Heck, you might not even care. But if you do, check back regularly.
