DJ Reeg is one half of the highly creative music production powerhouse known as Trak Citi. Under his alias "The Mixolgist," he released the ground breaking mixtape "Check the Blend," which has received acclaim from fans and Dj's across the country. In 2000 Dj Reeg made a major step in the industry when he combined forces with Mathew D. With Dj Reeg's turntable prowess and Mathew D's lyrical mastery there is no plateau for their potential. Flawless track selection, innovative remix taste and complete vinyl control has propelled DJ Reeg into one of Minnesota's best DJ's. This turntablist is just as comfortable cutting beats on a PC as he is fondling wax on his decks. DJ Reeg has performed at some of the most respected venues in the Midwest. Gracing the decks for every Trak Citi performance, compiling a long list of succesful mixtapes, and playing at underground events all over the Midwest, Reeg's most recent talent to grab the spotlight has been his world class remix skills. His uncanny ability to juggle multiple tracks while dropping samples and scratching have produced some of the most diverse remixes to hit the Industry in years. Currently collaborating with over a dozen well respected artists, Reeg's portfolio grows on a daily basis and is definitely worth watching.
