As for 'Damaged' by Plummet...I had an acapella (vocals only) of the song Damaged, and I made an entirely new song around the vocals...but since I did use the vocals from another song, it has to be read as:

Plummet - Damaged (DJ Bigs remix)

so if you're going to spread this song around the internet, make sure to give credit to plummet, and then put dj bigs remix.
