Originally formed in 2007, Did You Mean Australia? underwent numerous lineup changes before arriving at its final roster in the Fall of 2008. This refined lineup presented a wide variety of influences and ushered in a new direction for the future of the band. Simply put, the music got heavier...much heavier. The five members immediately got to work, spending the rest of 2008 and the beginning of 2009 writing and recording new music.

With the release of their self-titled EP, Did You Mean Australia? unleashed a cd with technical, heavy, and melodic music for everyone to appreciate.

Hailing from Cincinnati, Ohio, the band has been heavily supported from their home crowd to make it this far...and it is the support of their fans around the world that will help the band move forward into the future. With upcoming tour dates across the US, expect to see Did You Mean Australia in every city very soon.
