Depressed Deep Tokyo was formed in June 2003. After performing several gigs thru year 2004, their first demo [35 seconds of restraint/Never] was released exclusively at Highline-records in May 2004. (The highest rank:Top5) In June, a single CD called [Contrail] was released as well.[The highest rank:Top1-being kept for a few weeks] In the mean time, the band represented Shibuya DESEO at the "Nakiez Power LIVE" and qualified the first stage of the contest. On Nov.20, the first mini-album "The theory of relativity" was out on their first own produced event called "Self-Developer". They also appears in a national magazine called "STREET ROCK FILE", and "An extraordinary positive song" is included in the supplemental omnibus CD. In the year 2005, Depressed Deep Tokyo's event Self-Developer vol.2 is successfully carried out at Shibuya DESEO in Nov 2005.
