DEMIA update July, 2006

Here's a new update regarding Demia and what we've been up to.

These last couples of months have been hectic, exciting and mostly fulfilling. In March we returned from LA and continued to work on the final details and mixes of our upcoming album "Insidious".

Following many listening sessions and glorious circle jerks of happiness (yes we are very pleased with the outcome) we started practicing and perfecting the songs for their first ever live appearances on the Converse Choose Your Weapon Tour III. The shows were great and the new found energy that we desired so much following such a surreal experience recording the album was ever so present and we were able to channel this new energy to the crowd, and felt a warm response for the new material.

This was an awesome thing for us to prepare for the upcoming Burn Me Wicked Tour with Illdisposed and Deadsoil. Eleven shows spread throughout Europe and the first big tour bus for us with signed, established bands. It was an awesome way for us to unleash what we have worked on and contribute our style to this wicked 3 band tour. By the end of it we all got very tight with the other bands and each show was followed by a party; on the bus, off the bus and sometimes in unholy places...

By the end of it all the bands agreed that we all really gave it our best on this tour and it was felt, and every band complimented the other. We'd like to thank Deadsoil and Illdisposed for an awesome time.

So what else? Support on myspace.com / demiamusic.com has been amazing! We'd like to thank EVERYONE for adding us, commenting on the song, writing us personal messages, we are so thankful to have such a warm response in a medium which almost makes bands unwanted in some levels.

So thank you so much for reading this long thingy, and we really hope you keep checking in on us and dropping a line and fucking GET OUR NEW ALBUM when it's out.... no pressure guys BUT GET IT... GET IT... YOU WANT IT... YOU CRAVE IT... Ok ... but really thank you and buy our album.
