Based in London, Kentucky, this band originally formed at Eastern Kentucky University in 1999. After various band name and line-up changes, Delorean Grey found the right formula in 2004. With a name that borrows from the 19th century novel by Oscar Wilde and the defunct car made popular by the Back To The Future trilogy of movies the band hopes to impart a lesson on the consequences of youthful pride and the importance of a Godly inner beauty. In 2006, DG released their first radio single, â€œAlways Answer,â€ to satellite and internet radio acclaim. â€œAlways Answerâ€ was the title track from the Answer EP, produced by Jason Burkam (Audio Adrenaline, Kids In The Way). In 2008, DG partnered with up-and-coming producer Mark Drury to begin work on their greatest studio effort to date, â€œWhere Can We Go From Hereâ€. The first single from the new record, â€œSorry For The Last Time,â€ is a message concerning the true meaning of repentance and the nature of grace.
