Members: Robin Degrade, Mike Degrade, Adam Degrade, Dwayne Degrade

In the summer of 2002, Robin Brown moved back to Amherst NS from Ontario. Around that time, Mike McEachern, Adam Brown and Rob were thinking about putting the band back together, in turn starting up the 3rd version of Degrade. With all positions filled except for Bass, Dwayne McEachern, Mike's brother offered his services and was accepted into the band. Jamming in Dwayne's living room, 33 Donald became the new Degrade Mansion. Band Chemistry wasn't hard to come by for the four, since they've all played music with each other at some point in the past. It wasn't long before they had over a dozen new originals and a fresh new sound that set them apart from the previous line-up. Within the first few months, Degrade recorded two demos with the help of Chris Thomas in October and November. These demos ended up getting pretty decent local reviews, and Degrade even appeared in the local newspaper.It seemed that things were looking up for Degrade. This however, only lasted for a short time. Playing less than a handful of shows within several months, Robin Brown parted ways with Degrade in the spring of 2003 to find work in Toronto. This was a major setback for Degrade forcing them into a hiatus. Months later, "Opee" Randy Brown (Robin's brother) stepped up behind the microphone. Degrade only played one show with Randy as the frontman.his spot on vocals. Robin returned in the spring of 2004 and reclaimed In August of 2004, Chris Thomas moved back from Toronto and once again helped the boys out by assisting them in recording their 10 song demo "Your Time Has Come". Even though he's not one of the four on stage, Chris Thomas is just as much a member of Degrade as the band members, and proves it time and time again. Degrade currently resides in Amherst and practices in River Hebert.
