IT WASN'T A DREAM AT ALL
I never expected dat i would have a band.. Well, i did dream of having one before and even play wif 2 of my frens from highskewl, Adul & Deal. (n now both of em are in the Epitome as guitarists) We played lots of craps n it was so not kewl if we make a band during dat time. Until years had fade i was forced to loneliness and spendin tym wif frens were alwes fillled up in my schedule evry free time. N der i found a simple rythm afta a played a few tyms of tunes wif da guitar. N their feedback was oryt n supportive so i decided to make a band(not seriously) At dat moment, i'd only have 2 of them n me as a guitarist. SO i decided to find sum mor members. Lucky i have one of my kolejmate Blindnecrose n asked for lyrics modification. On on on i convinced him dat it was possible to mek it true. n so he agree to lend his talent. n finally a bassist... an owner of our hometown, G5 was alweys der for us listening and supporting. He who never expected to be brought as a musician. One dat neva play a single instrument. So we all taught him how to touch and play a bass. Slowly we tried evrythin possible to mek dat simple rythm to be a real song. N we did! But wat we neglected most was we totally forgot how important a vocalist should be. We finally realise how important dat profession can affect all. Den we tried to pursue each respondence who's willing to try our audition. We received lots of applicants but no1 was selected. It was really hard. Lastly i as da root of Epitome decided not to tek it very serious to mek evrythin perfect. I let Blindnecrose to sing n der it was our 1st single ever "Conversation" exist on air Pelangi network. Up until now we still hard to believe dat we really did it. Pieces of our effort, stories, musics combined together an dlet people hear it...it was sumthin u felt very treasure and satisfaction. It was worth at all.. And it wasn't really a dream. U could mek it cum true.. :')And now i think i have a fully pledge members when Khai(vocalist) was chosen n hope dey all will keep stayin wif me makin mor songs to improve our country's music indutry. Even we still haf many weaknesses, we neva care less but to keep on moving to da next level. We will get improve wif a strong will.
