DeadHeat was a 4-piece band influenced by the wispy yet heavy sounds of the 60s and 70s, music we grew up with. We played the best hits and obscurities of that era from bands like The Who, The Rolling Stones, CCR, The Eagles, Jefferson Airplane, The Beatles, Velvet Underground, Donovan, Mott the Hoople, James Taylor, Traffic, Bob Dylan, Cream, America, Steppenwolf, and The Band, with more songs constantly being added to our playlist (we also released original material under the name MULTIPLES). We were known for our extended jams on some of your favorite classic rock songs.

Formerly from various areas of the country, we hooked up in Raleigh, NC in 2006 after each being in several bands over the years. Together, we had over 100 years of playing experience.
