The Dead Art of Dance is a side project made up of 3 good friends. Brandon Davis, Aleks Kmiec and Kayoum Muhammad. Brandon and Aleks used together to play in a band called Therefore I Am . Brandon currently plays in a band called Vanna and Kayoum currently plays in a band called Francine and Her Ruby Slippers

Kayoum and Brandon were always good friends and always wanted to play in a side project together so they teamed up. But they needed a vocalist and since Aleks wasnt playing in a band anymore Kayoum and Brandon called up Aleks and asked him to join, and there you have it.
