Formed in 2005, Day Method is a teenage-fronted pop-punk, electronic alternative, and occasionally hardcore band. Consisting of a very unique sound (often described as a cross between Relient k, Owl City, Family Force 5, A Day to Remember, and the Jonas Brothers), they bring a ridiculously high-energy act wherever they go, almost as if they were all space-age superheroes from the future... or something.
Most importantly, however, the three members fearlessly share the source of their hope and purpose, that being a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Their goal is not to force a belief on anyone, but rather to give a message of hope and purpose to a world that's so often filled with brokenness.
Of course, their music is intended to be heard by anyone, not just Christians. Amid the insane hardcore intros (and all that headbanging), you won't find any bible thumping; just an all out war against depression and boredom.
They have played a plethora of shows including a performance at the 2009 Alive Festival, and the even more illustrious Alive Festival 2010 & 2011 (in which they performed on the Beach Stage).
Their song "Head Against the Wall" became a #1 single on Extremechristianradio.com. Their new single "Beautiful" charted at #11 on YesFM's top indie songs of 2010 despite only being released two months prior. The song remains in frequent rotation on their show "The Underground".
They have recently completed their debut album titled "Beautiful" available now on iTunes!
