Dark Cathedral is a six piece melodic Black/Goth Metal band hailing out of Tracy, Ca. Forming in early 2004 by Mike Finocchiaro (Vocals) and Anthony Silva (Drums) they wanted to create a new breed of black metal. Soon to follow was the addition of Mike's brother Paul Finocchiaro (Keyboards) and Chris Stout (Guitars). After a few months of practicing they acquired bassist Anthony Lopez right before their first show. After playing numerous shows around the area they felt it was time they added a lead guitarist to their line up and in this they found Stephen McNamara. July 2005 D.C. let go guitarist Chris Stout and joined up with Raul Ramos Llamas.
