I picked up a guitar several years ago after being inspired by a couple friends, learned a few chords, and began developing some melodies. I had the opportunity a couple of years ago to bring in some musicians to help me with a project I was working on, and it was such a joy! Other than that, I've just been playing around, learning a little, creating some...a little here, a little there. I have a lot of ideas I'm thinking through right now and hoping to build on soon.
I am so amazed at the power God has to perform such miraculous changes in people. I can not believe how much has transformed my life and my heart...and how far along he has brought me over the last several years. He continues to do amazing things all around me, and He blesses me daily as I seek after him. I will never be able to fully express the gratitude I have for these changes nor will I ever be able to communicate the depth of his incredible love and grace I've come to know....
but I do hope to write songs that share as much of this as I can as I travel along this road...
..and this road has many difficulties, trials, disappointments, hurts, distresses, and pain, but God remains faithful through it all...
