My music career began when my mom enrolled me in piano lessons at the age of 7. We kind of made a deal that if I took piano lessons, I would get a drumset. I started playing guitar in third grade because of my brother Jason. Back then I just played by ear, I didn't know the difference between a G chord and a D chord. My dad bought my first guitar from the Pennysaver newspaper for $50. What did I do? I learned how to play what I could: Nirvana and Greenday. I finally got my drumset in the fifth grade and learned how to play by listening to mxpx, and imitating them. I started singing along to some punk songs, and decided that i could pull of singing. My first performance ever was at my 5th grade talent show. My friend Ross and I played an "mxpx" cover. Back then, I still didn't know any chords! My other friend Jordan and I began jamming and wrote our first song around that time. Some years passed. I began writing and writing--only punk songs. We played some shows. I got an acoustic guitar in 9th grade and finally learned my chords, then I started writing slower songs..learned bass sometime between then and now. I also started playing at church weekly. I started listening to every kind of music imaginable (except southern rap) and writing non-stop. I graduated. So here I am now. I am currently in two other bands-Impact 28 and Auto C*A*D. My music is a mix of every kind of music that has touched my life. Thanks for listening. -Danny
