When Dan Ferrari first picked up a guitar at the tender age of 10 in a small, suburban New Jersey town, he didn't know that later on in life he'd be told by 14-time Grammy award-winning producer David Foster that his music is unique, but it happened. Davids approval led to Dan and his bands inclusion in the finals of NBCs music competition Star Tomorrow in the summer of 2006 and America saw Dans face on national television along with band members Rich Wronski and Mark Cywin. Back when young Dan strummed the strings for the first time, he probably didnt know he would evolve into such a dynamic, gifted singer/songwriter that the Songwriters Hall of Fame would feature him in their New Writers Showcase in New York, acknowledging his tremendous hit-writing potential and later name him the 2007 Abe Olman Songwriting Scholarship Award Winner, a tremendous honor awarded to none other than grammy-winning major label recording artist John Legend in 2002.
Dan used the money from the scholarship right away to complete Dont Let it Fall, his 3rd release and most marketable, relatable, most undeniably catchy work to date. Produced by Dans long-time musical role model songwriter/producer John Lardieri, Dont Let it Fall is a true testament to the mark that Dans artistry and musicianship will undoubtedly leave on pop music. Up-beat, hook-filled tracks like Never Not Want You and Stuck in My Head mixed with emotional, introspective tunes like Heard From You and Turning Into Someone Else make Dont Let it Fall a unique sure-success that has already sold hundreds of downloads. Today at age 25, Dan continues to tour extensively with band members Rich Wronski (guitar), Mark Cywin (bass) and Mike Yaw (drums) winning fans over with powerful, dynamic performances and memorable songs. 15 years since his first stab at guitar and Dan and his band couldnt be more ready for a major label recording deal.
