November 2005 guitarist Benny and Bassist Toon from local heavy metal band "Metal inc." finally proceeded with the plan they had since they met when Benny joined that band: start a punkrock band apart from the band they had. They soon found Justin via a friend and asked him to play. Despite his young age at that time he had great talent and had not been in a serious band before. Just 6 weeks after their first rehearsel (at that time still under the name "Unauthorized") they played their first gig in a small local music competition in which they already proved they had potential by winning a 2nd place and recieving a lot of positive reactions from the crowd. Not long after that Benny and Toon their metal band fell apart after spending shitlaods of money on recording a EP, only 2 shows were played with that band shortly after the recording of that EP. Thus leaving them with just one band all of their musical influences went straight into "Damn Noisy Kids" which soon resulted in a first EP: "The Defenition of Being Inappropriate", recorded April 2006 at Snowstar Studio. They played a couple of shows their first year of existence, sold out the 75 copies of their EP and were on local television early in 2007 in some talent show. As their musical style quickly grew from basic "3-chord-mid-tempo-poppunk" to more melodic, up-tempo and raging punkrock they recruted Samir (whom they played with in Metal inc.) in March 2007 to cover up 2nd guitar parts. In this formation they went back to Snowstar studio to record a 2nd EP: "Damn Noisy Kids", August 2007. This EP contained a faster, more raging and melodic style, much alike the American West-Coast punk scene in the early 90's (as stated by punx.nl: "When I close my eyes and try real hard I could swear these sounds came from the valhalla of all skatepunk: California."). They played about 25 shows in this formation which included shows with: Rentokill(AT), The Bips, Brat Pack and Gino's Eyeball(BE). In March 2008 Samir left the band because he couldn't keep up with the fast pace of the band evolving, luckly they quickly found good friend Arjan to take that role. They took the test, which Arjan succeeded with ease: he proved to be the right guy on the stage and in the rehearsel room among the rest.

As the basis will stay the same, progression will be made, step by step, day by day, show after show. We will always continue the process of writing music.

Damn Noisy Kids is currently making plans for a new EP, eventually a full-length debut album and shitloads of gigs! Don't miss it when we're in town!
