D A K O T A - N I G H T S:
Dakota Nights, was the brain child of Jay Anthony and Alexander Scott. Beginning in late 2006, Jay and Alex met while playing in another local band, Uncommon Ground. They recruited drummer Colin Sauder, from the local cover band scene in January of 2007. Throughout 2007 Dakota Nights had the opportunity to play with a few bassists, but still we forge on to find our full time bassist.
January, 2008 Dakota Nights finishes up mixing and mastering their self titled debut EP, recorded at The Blue Room Recording Studios in Watford, Ontario. Recently added to the line up is second guitarist, Ivan Recinos. Dakota Nights live is like its never been heard before.
