100 vinyl pressings of the first two tracks from the debut will be made available on August 21, 2007 via Demotic Records. Clocks in just under 3 and a half minutes. And of course the 9-track CD will be out November 13, 2007 for all you peoples that don't have record players.




Cunce is the deliberate effort to instigate discomfort among those who choose to take an interest. Spasms and paroxysms, twitches and shudders. This might be your brain after Cunce. Before, though, you will have the grand experience of incomplete nonsense. With songs short enough that you dont lose interest, and long enough that you dont forget, Cunce is TX's premiere in chaoscore.

Beginning in 2007 solely in response to a certain someone's departure from a certain previous band, Cunce was designed to be a serrated knife penetrated into the spine of all those questioning certain someone's judgment. Taking influence from hardcore masters such as Coalesce, Refused, Botch, and Breather Resist as well as some other odd and end groups like Daughters, The Chariot, Psyopus, and even Squarepusher, allows Cunce to be a more versatile style of hardcore, and they are all their own.

Cunce takes aim at anyone passing by, whether they be young, old, hard, soft, boy, girl, black, white, straight, gay or anywhere in between all of those. With sour (not bitter) aid and stimulus of good friends and acquaintances, the group is currently working on The Four Quadrants of a Misdempt Medusa. That is to say, the occurrence of our misunderstanding is far too great, there is nothing in black and white, and there are always at least four dimensions to all things.

In effect, the disc should be completed by August and should see a November 2007 release on Demotic Records. Pre-production work has already begun @ Black Bottle Recording Studio in Denton, TX.
