Criminal Damage are a hard/heavy rock band from Cornwall, UK with more mellow influences as well. We are currently writing songs with our new drummer Aaron Reid, and 2006 should see a demo recording out as well as gigs in and around Plymouth. The band are influenced by people like Metallica and Rage Against The Machine, but also people as diverse as Dream Theater and Pain of Salvation. Owen (guitar) and Ben (bass) are influenced heavily by prog-metal artists like those mentioned above as well as virtuoso players like Steve Vai and Jaco Pastorius. Dave (vocals) likes his music heavy and aggressive, bands like Pantera and Machine Head topping the list of influences. Aaron meanwhile, is very much a jazz drummer, who has been converted to the darkside of heavy metal!
